“When my husband needed skilled nursing, I visited numerous facilities and decided upon Moultrie Creek and have never regretted my decision. My husband has been a resident for over a year. The facility is clean and maintained. The nursing staff and CNAs are very caring, and many have been here for years. The administrator is visible in the halls and very approachable. Care plan meetings are held quarterly with family and staff members, and they work with you, so your loved one always has the best of care. It’s never easy to place a loved one into a nursing home. Alzheimer’s is a very difficult and long journey to travel alone but when I come to Moultrie Creek I don’t feel alone. The knowledgeable and friendly staff have come to feel like family. I know they’re here for me and my husband.”
